To promote Extended Health Care, Special Education and Social programs to enhance the quality of Life and develop and fulfill the Potential of children with disabilities.
Who We Are
Child HELP Foundation, a non-profit community organization was created by Basilio N. Bautista, M.D.on July 10, 2007. Its purpose is to serve the needs of children with disabilities in Delaware.
The Foundation is dedicated to providing humanitarian support for children through financial grants to qualified not-for-profit organizations that serve children in Delaware.
Child HELP Foundation raises funds by hosting fund-raising events, soliciting directly from individuals / businesses and by securing grants from corporations, foundations and government agencies.
The Foundation has forged relationships with other like-minded organizations in the state of Delaware.

The Philippine-American Physicians of Delaware Foundation, founded in 2002 (later renamed The Philippine-American Medical Foundation of Delaware), whose purpose was to raise funds and help finance medical missions to developing countries.
HOPE Medical Clinic, an organization founded to help adults in Kent County, Delaware who cannot afford health insurance
